His skin was covered in a sheen layer of sweat, his skin flushed, and he was leaning against the door heavily as his body swayed. Not dangerously so, but enough to be concerning. Mydei’s brow furrowed in worry seeing him. He wasn’t wearing his eyepatch and mask right now, so the scars on his face were visible.
Phainon falls sick, which leads to rumors being spread while he’s gone. A cipher decides she’s sick of hearing them and ditches school witn Cas and Mydei to visit him

Sometimes, when he’s in the depths of his mind and spiralling, Phainon thinks he should’ve died in the fire that burned down Aedes Elysiae. That way, he wouldn’t be here, playing a fake ‘Deliverer’ and miserably failing. He wouldn’t be here, failing to save anyone. Maybe it would’ve been better that way. He wouldn’t be disappointing everyone, and someone better would have taken up his role.
