He manages only to mumble a simple word, “Vox.”
Abruptly, the demons entire screen goes blank, glitching uselessly with flashing colours and static that make his head twitch harshly to the side for barely a second before settling into an irked expression. He brings his fists down to shake at his sides and, despite his better judgement, Husk can’t help bracing himself for an attack. Instead, the other lets out a dark low chuckle and spits out a response like it hurts.
“…Absolutely not” he bites out, voice distorted, as he turns heel and marches towards the door with a surprising amount of vigour for his current state.Or: Husk decides to try and get some information out of an old friend to help Angel after the events of s2. Instead, him and Vox talk about their current lives and what could have been over shitty whiskey and an old cigar.

Summary
After the events of the Season 2, Vox is left in a very vulnerable position - a TV-head sans the body. Unfortunately for him, his grand crusade to use the lives of sinners to propel himself towards godhood at the expense of everyone around him has not made him a popular man. Now he's at the mercy of all the people he took for granted, and they don't seem keen on letting him return to his previous position of power.

The curse had been silent since Yuji had reclaimed his control over his body, but that was only from the perspective of an outside observer. There was no telling what Sukuna was up to while hidden in a place Choso’s ears couldn’t reach.

The fact that this involves boht yuuji and choso time traveling is insane and I love this
