Nakahara Chuuya has had a million questions his whole life.
Why does he hear a stranger's voice when he sleeps? Why can't he remember the first seven years of his life? Why is Dazai Osamu hellbent on being the shittiest shithead to ever shit on this earth?
On his 18th birthday, however, things change.
Despite no answers, he no longer has so many questions.
Just one:
Where the fuck did these undead creatures come from?
OR: Dazai and Chuuya are high-school enemies that have to work together to make it out of a zombie outbreak in their school — insert unwavering trust, mutual pining and a shitload of angst.

Summary
When he closed his eyes, images slipped in immediately. Blood on concrete. The smell of gunpowder. A flash of teeth, a clinical touch where he wanted it least. Dazai’s brain supplied them automatically, like it was bored and rifling through a filing cabinet labeled Worst Possible Things.
He opened his eyes again and stared at the ceiling. His limbs felt heavy in a way that didn’t translate to rest. Heavy but restless, like they wanted to move through something rather than settle. There was an itch under his skin that had nothing to do with nerves and everything to do with the fact that he was still here, still conscious, still having to occupy his own body.
or: Insomnia makes Dazai restless.
Restlessness makes him reckless.
Chuuya makes him lie down anyway.

Summary
Neither of them are sure who leans in first, but their foreheads press together as they share warm breaths between each other.
Then Dazai utters something Chuuya never thought he'd hear.
“I love you.”
Immediately, Chuuya shoves Dazai back, pushing him away in every sense of the word.
“No you don’t. You don’t get to say that.” Chuuya’s voice drips in hurt. In betrayal. In accusation.
Dazai doesn’t argue back.
“I don’t think you understand what you’ve done to me. You don’t get to disappear from my life without a fucking word then show up again after I finally accepted it only to pull some bullshit like this.”or
How Chuuya and Dazai exchanging numbers at 15 follows them through separation and brings them back to each other

Summary
The group manages to be coordinated enough to make it to the lake. They rent four paddle boards, but only three of them get any real use. Akutagawa insists on staying seated beneath the umbrella, safe and sound on the shore.
Despite Akutagawa stating it isn’t any of their business, Atsushi can’t help but take notice of the way Chuuya and Dazai are acting. They bicker, argue, prank, yell, threaten, annoy etc etc, which isn’t anything out of the ordinary. It’s just that… Chuuya seems to be the one instigating most things.
Is that normal?And
“You’re not still mad about the other day, are you?”
“You mean when you stood me up on our anniversary?” Chuuya states coldly, shoving Dazai off of him. “Cause yeah. I am.”
Dazai stands back up, pacing back to his own chair.
“I told you, something came up. Besides, only high schoolers actually celebrate things as ridiculous as six month anniversaries.”Or
Skk + sskk go camping, Akutagawa's allergic to the sun, Atsushi's done with everyone's bullshit, Chuuya's petty and pissed, and Dazai doesn't quite know how to be in a long-term relationship.

Summary
Nothing shows the breadth of Dazai Osamu’s generosity than the generous amount of things that he hates. He hates his fellow youkai, his long-gone kitsune clan, the pitifully weak humans, and the apathetic powerful gods. But most of all, he hates being partnered with one Nakahara Chuuya, who despite his small stature, is the biggest disruption to his monotonous life.
