Or at least that is what he thinks.This story takes place a few months after 4x10 and it will follow into the The Testaments storyline. Basically this is my take on what I would like to see happening in season 5 as they transition into the spin off, and obviously won't happen.
It's heavily based on Nick's POV, at least for most of the first part.

He cleared his throat. He’d prepared for this. His solicitor had spent nearly four hours the day prior helping him prep in anticipation of any and all questions the panel might ask.
Steeling himself, he chanced a glance up at the five faces seated at the conference table in front of him.
“Draco Lucius Malfoy, Professor of History and Philosophy, I’ve been an instructor at Oxford for nearly 8 years.”
“Mister Malfoy, please acknowledge the allegations you were presented with before this panel today.”
“I was provided a notice of allegations by the University on the 5th of April, the year 2000. The charges were that of an improper relationship with a student, I believe the term quid pro quo was thrown in there. A second charge was present but I’m not sure that is what this panel is investigating? Unprofessional conduct is what it said.”
