He should have no space or time to think so much - more than usual - about his past.
Something about the sky in Morioh makes him feel watched. By who, or what, he doesn’t know - he has so many ghosts by now they could fill a theater as his audience, enemies and allies all together.

The fact was, there were too many similarities between Jotaro and Josuke. Both had experienced massive trauma as teens, both were probably too powerful for their own good, and both were excellent at hiding the evidence of their pain. Everyone in Jotaro's life had let it slide when he was completely "fine" only days after the trip that scarred him beyond repair. He would not subject Josuke to the same fate.

Josuke Higashikata was so incredibly unlike his father. He had a sincere, serious attitude buried underneath the lackadaisy, and where Joseph might’ve panicked, he managed to stay focused, to keep moving with a clear head. He smiled when they were okay, and scowled when they were not. Sadness and fear were foreign to him, and in that way he was the optimal fighter.
Josuke Higashikata was so unfortunately like his nephew.
