Summary
Hermione Granger has always known Ron Weasley is hers. She had always assumed Ron would be waiting for her whenever she was ready. The problem is that she hasn't quite got around to being ready yet. And until she does, she obviously can't let him marry someone else.
Unfortunately, Ron appears to have misunderstood this arrangement. Before Hermione can finally get around to explaining that they are inevitable, Pansy Parkinson takes one look at Ron Weasley and recognised exactly what he is: a rare, undervalued asset.
Now Hermione faces her greatest challenge yet. Because if Pansy Parkinson thinks she can simply steal Ron away, she is about to discover that Hermione is very good at winning battles.
