Summary
Can you really be a hero if it's just for one day? The thought flashes across Regulus mind as icy hands seize and pull him beneath the black water. Inferi rake their nails across his skin, dragging him further down with every desperate kick.
OR
In an alternate universe Regulus Black is inspired to become a hero, helping him emerge from the cave victorious and with a dangerous horcrux hunt on his mind. He quickly learns he will not accomplish this on his own and search for help through his old friends and begrudgingly the marauders themselves
