Summary
When Donnie and Splinter fall ill Leo has no other choice but to rely on outside help. When a young woman enters to aid their bedridden family it changes the course of the turtle's life. Donnie awakens to find someone strange, exciting, new and yet familiar. Wrapped in the chaos of their lives, their new companion finds herself raising a young mutant of her own. The mayhem that comes with raising a child brings about it's own problems, some the brother's were never equipped to handle.
This is my first fict in forever, so I'm sorry if the summary isn't that great! It's a slow burn between Donnie and the reader, in which later parts will have them adopt a child together. The events take place in 2022, six years after the events of Out of the Shadows. If you like fluff, angst, romance, slow burns and mom stories this one is for you!
