Ochako's mind flashed to Deku mentioning something about Bakugou's weekly shots. She'd asked why. He refused to answer, getting flustered but also firm. A different time where she'd briefly seen fabric on his chest under his costume after it'd gotten ripped off. Fabric like a sports bra.
She slumped back in her chair, eyes wide in realisation. She didn't care for the stares that surrounded her from her friends.
He was trans. And she'd made him tell her. When he didn't want to, when he wasn't ready.
She'd forced him out.
"...I think I messed up." She admitted quietly to Deku, tears welling in her eyes.

Summary
While patrolling with the endeavor agency, Katsuki is hit by a quirk that transforms him into a past version of himself.

“I’m thinking of ending things.”
James pressed his lips together hard as he fought the urge to suck in a breath at the words. He instinctively reached for his binder of prepared materials and began to flip through it as if it would have the answer, rustling the pages frantically as he did.
“Hello?”
James flinched. “Um, hi, yes sorry it’s uh-- it’s my first day.”
A pause. Then, dry as a bone: “Brilliant. You’d think they’d at least train you to tell people not to kill themselves before handing you a phone.”
James froze, then panicked. “Oh God-- you’re right, I mean, of course-- I didn’t-- oh, shit, I just--”
James’s rambling was interrupted by a quiet sound, over so quickly he almost missed it.
The caller had laughed.
