Summary
Annabeth Chase is not a Wayne. At least, not as far as she's concerned. After running away from home at the age of seven, she never thought she'd see Gotham again.
At 18, Annabeth is happy with her life at New Rome University and eager to begin a life with a distinct break from the gods. But when the Mist starts failing after someone steals Hecate's torches, Annabeth is sent on a prophetic quest to return the possessions before the Mist completely fails.

Tim blinked. “Excuse me?”
“Percy Jackson was an internationally wanted terrorist. All charges against him have been dropped.”
Bruce’s fingers drummed on his upper arm. “He’s been kicked out of eight schools.”
She cocked her eyebrow. “And Damian's been kicked out of ten. Your point?”

That’s why, when she begins having dreams of Milori, she doesn’t believe they are real. But when Milori warns her in a dream of an incoming attack, she believes the dreams might be more than they seem. And when she begins receiving odd correspondence from him, then maybe, just maybe, she holds the latent dream-talent inside her.

When Percy stepped out of the elevator, Hazel wanted to weep.
His clothing was tattered, hair matted with blood, and he was covered head to toe in golden dust. But he was alive.
It took her a few minutes to realize that he was alone.
Before she died, she'd heard reports on the radio about soldiers who came home. Shellshock, they called it, from being in the trenches, the bombs and the bullets and the dead. Hazel had met soldier, once. A man who'd come home to her little town, missing half his leg and most of his mind. The look in his eyes was hauntingly similar to what she saw on her cousin's face.
Percy was different now. Stronger, maybe. He'd made it through Hell, but not without leaving a piece of him behind.

“This… this would qualify as a mental breakdown, right?” Triton asked, frowning over his shoulder to where Percy was still fuming in the corner. The lady at the counter curiously glanced over before lifting a questioning brow. “My brother – half-brother, technically, I have much better breeding – decided to run away from home to where our father can’t reach him and now he won’t leave. And now I can’t leave unless he leaves,” Triton continued. Percy opened his mouth to object that wasn’t what happened at all, but the tyrant only waved a hand to silence him. “He’s seen war or whatever, so if you could maybe just drug him then I’ll throw him into a suitcase and we can be out of here by the Summer Solstice!”
Silence. Finally, the woman cleared her throat and turned to Percy.
“I’m guessing he’s the one you want checked into the mental hospital?” She asked. Triton gasped as Percy punched the air in victory.
“Aha!”

Getting in trouble works a little differently when your parent is an all-powerful god. Sometimes you have to escape to the land beyond gods and get your immortal brother turned human to drag you back so you can be exploded a million pieces. You know, normal teenage stuff.

Bruce makes the Justice League believe he has two hearts and is a manifestation of Gotham’s night to throw them off his secret identity, not trusting them. When the sound system breaks, he doesn’t come clean, but lies instead that he split into two to make Robin. From there it spirals as all the Robins make the lies grow and twist it in their own ways, until the truth comes out.
