Summary
Humanity is at war with an alien Empire known as the Daxy. We are losing. Even so, the embers of resistance still burn. Two brothers far apart find themselves ensnared in the tightening grasp of the Empire’s claws. A soldier named Michael spends his final night as a free man, defying his conquerors till the very end. A Huntress is sent to end his rebellion, and Michael will have to learn how to live his new life under her control. Owen, his younger brother, bears witness to the abusive nature the Empire has let fester within these lizard women. Nothing goes as planned as he tries to reunite with his allies, and his beliefs are pushed to their breaking point. Anger, malice, and hate build as both navigate a world no longer their own. Romance blooms while conflict rises, and when the moment comes, each brother must face the hardest choices of all if they wish to find peace.

Summary
Two months after XCOM's victory and the fall of the Elders, a man continues to live in seclusion on his property, off the beaten path and hidden in the wilds outside of the formerly ADVENT-controlled East Coast Trade Zone. Isolated from society since the invasion and entirely on his own for the past eight years, his lonely life is disturbed by a wounded viper searching for shelter from her attackers.

Summary
For all its glory, City 31 is far from perfect. For all its technology and all its advances, it's still got parts of town just as rough as the old world. Something an unsuspecting man is reminded of when he takes a wrong turn on his way home at night.
Things don't exactly go great for him, but... maybe a bit better than he was expecting.

Summary
The war for Humanity's autonomy is over, the alien despots of Advent have been overthrown by Xcom and a new age is on the horizon. However, world changing events do not occur without a price. Power vacuums were created in Advent's absence, their alien pawns, once completely under control, now have found their own autonomy, the land and its people are forever changed by their presence. All that's left for Humanity and Xcom to do is pick up the pieces, rebuild, and decide what to do with their former enemies. In a successful city state, located in territory once called the United States, a young man, from humble beginnings, does NOT have the power to fix ANY of these problems. To be fair, it's a big job, and he has his own problems to deal with. Life in the city isn't easy, everyone has to contribute, even him. And it's hard to decide what you want your future to look like, especially in a world filled with so many possibilities, but perhaps his new job will give him some direction. Will he be driven insane by the mundane environment and monotonous labor? Probably. But, will he also meet someone who interests him enough to pull him out of his comfort zone? You'll have to read to find out.
