Derek is unprepared when Stiles wraps his long arms around his torso and buries his face in his neck, a gesture so wolf like it has Derek’s eyes flashing. Stiles is freezing cold, soaking wet from melting snow clinging to his coat. Derek instinctively hugs him back, wanting to warm him up, protect him. Stiles must realise what he’s done, how close he is and goes to pull back. They’ve never hugged before. Derek growls softly, involuntarily and hugs him tighter.

Keith, who's currently abroad, receives a phone call that is not meant for him, and wildly so. In fact, he's anything but prepared when an actor is on the other end of the line, a young Lance McClain, who draws him into life right out of a movie- and it all begins with the promise of coffee as just an apology that turns out to be so much more.
IMPORTANT: It's 5/8/19 and I've finally finished reworking through this fic. Ever since 2/6/19, I took it upon myself to re-edit/rewrite this entire fic. I have made slight alteration to the original fic, since it's been about two years since I produced this in under half a year. My hope, if anything, is that I made your reading experience better by working to catch and fix both grammatical errors and sentence structuring that have been sitting untouched for some time.
If you've started re/reading this, I recommend rereading from the beginning now that I'm finally done so that you can hopefully see the changes. Thanks so much for everything.
