Namjoon snorts, his eyes crinkling with an amused smile. “Thanks for taking Seokjin-hyung on your road trip,” he says, glancing sideways at Hoseok as though reading from a teleprompter. “I’m sure you two will have a great time. Hyung likes you.”
Yoongi laughs without meaning to, loud and derisive.
Not for the first time, he regrets he had no witnesses on that first night he and Seokjin met years ago.
Because he doesn’t like Seokjin and all of their friends know it, but Seokjin certainly doesn’t like him either. He’s just far better than Yoongi at hiding it. Or just more of a hypocrite.(Or: Yoongi gets emotionally blackmailed into taking the guy he hates the most on his road trip to his best friends’ wedding and ends up sharing snacks, playlists, beds, and, maybe, his entire heart.)

I have now read both the WHC fics this author has written, and these two are simply the best written and well though out ones out there. I wanted to stay with these characters and their lives for as long as possible. I want to live with them through the rest of their lives, as they navigate their individual journeys together while learning to leave behind the trauma of their past. I love them so freaking much.

Where do I even start with this one. I have discovered that the quickest way to my heart is a kid fic. My greatest kink and source of joy is open and honest communication. And every inch of this story was filled with excellent communication. I am so happy!!!
