Summary
''Hey,'' Roy says, dipping his head to catch your eye, his chest touching yours; easily, naturally, like you share the same gravitational field. ''What’s up?''
You open your mouth to deflect, to ask what he means; ready to paint on a beautiful smile that’ll blind him and force him to avert his gaze.
You mean to do all of that, but instead you say:
''Have you ever read Faust?''

Dick realises he's in love and has a minor crisis about it.

Jason [15:21]: Hey
Jason [15:21]: You heard from Dick recently?
Roy [15:22]: No.
Roy [15:29]: I haven’t heard from him once since he got back from Spyral. At this point, I’m pretty sure I’d punch him if he showed up on my fucking doorstep.
Roy [15:58]: Why do you ask?
Jason [16:02]: No one’s seen him in a few months. The kids are getting antsy.
Jason [16:03]: It’s probably nothing. I bet the fucker’s just taken himself off on another mission and didn’t bother to tell anyone.
Roy [16:16:] Probably.
Roy [17:09]: What do you mean no one’s seen him?

He might now ascend from these Avernian vales up to the light, with his Eurydice; but, if he turned his eyes to look at her, the gift of her delivery would be lost.
