    After an extended overseas mission, Akutagwa returns home to discover that his partner has gone missing under mysterious circumstances. When a deadly group of ability users begins targeting Port Mafia executives, governmental officials, and even Armed Detective Agency members, Akutagawa has to race against the clock to find what has been lost and protect what little he has left. All the while, whispers of a new assassin that even the mafia fears begin to rise.
