Well, they had planned to kill her, but finding out demons exist is enough to shake anyone's world view. And she's not done shaking things up when she gets wind that Hell is trying to free her father.

    Taking center stage was never her intention, so it helps to hang around superheroes who draw the spotlight. Unfortunately, that just means she's always in the middle of things anyway.
