Summary
Before he starts at Hogwarts, Harry triggers a wild magic gift that almost gets him killed by his unhinged relatives. Rescued from near death by a mysterious stranger who has connections to his dead mum, Harry ends up spending the year before Hogwarts on a weird and life-changing adventure. Hey all, this fic is not abandoned! I have long COVID, and unfortunately, getting the virus in July retriggered a lot of my symptoms, mainly extreme fatigue and brain fog. I am feeling much better now and have started working on my fic again. I am currently doing a re-edit, so some chapters remain the same while others have undergone significant changes —no content changes, just syntax to help them flow more easily. Summary
