    Summary

Above the rooftops he stood still, his cowl slick with water from the flood as he observed the drowned city. Even with all his efforts his hope still didn't feel enough. Even with the water slowly receding , people were still dying.

Poor or rich most neighborhoods had been flooded through, destroying homes leaving many citezens without shelter . Many drowned …some even froze to death from the chilly water

He knew he couldn't save them all. But he also knew he'd die trying to.

    AKA
Takes place after the Batman movie (2022)? Its basically Battison x the new superman.
