You're not really an art collector." Bellamy bites down on Murphy's bottom lip. It draws blood, and Bellamy can taste the salty iron in the other man's mouth.
"And you're not really law enforcement." Murphy tugs at the curls behind Bellamy's head, jerking his head back. His hand brushes the knife in Bellamy's belt, but he pays no mind, seeming more amused than threatened. "Who the hell are you?"
Bellamy laughs into his mouth, his body vibrating with humour. "I'll figure you out first."

Summary
There’s something intimate about trying to kill each other, about the way Murphy tried to kill him. Staring into his eyes and watching him feel the things he did, struggle the way he did. It gave them some kind of sick bond, a twisted understanding of one another.
