Summary
There was nowhere Samira Mohan wanted to go more than the Vanguard Institute Acute Care Medicine Assembly.
But the conference had very strict rules. Only the best of the best (the oldest of the oldest) got the invitations, and plus-ones for overly ambitious residents were forbidden.
When Samira found out that her favorite attending had been chosen to speak on a selective panel at the assembly, she was prepared to get on her knees and beg for him to take her along. But that meant something special—she would have to take on the role of Mrs. Abbot in order to be let through the doors.
And before that, she would need to convince Jack to agree to her crazy plan. But when had he ever been able to say no to her?
