Summary
Believe it or not, even the Punisher gets tired. Matt has a hard time really accepting that, because he can’t imagine Frank Castle willingly visits a gay sex club for his own enjoyment. It has to be something more, deeper, than common desire. Maybe, just maybe, he has to accept he doesn’t know the man all that well and as someone intimately familiar with self-penteince himself… it makes him want to find out.

Whining after any hand that’s ever given him a hint of care or a bone to gnaw on; snapping at the same heels when they refuse to let him any further than the front stoop; growling and lunging, unasked, teeth bared, at any threat that has the misfortune of stepping over him on its way to the door.

Summary
It never took them long to get over things, and Rick meant it in a different way than how he and Lori got over things. No, with Lori it came in waves - the water receded for a moment but always came back to shore. Shane? Sometimes Rick thought they could have the worst fight of their lives, only for them to come back from it not 10 minutes later, acting as though none of it had happened.
At least it used to be that way.
