“Are you fucking kidding me?” Alex shouts into the white void. The snow muffles most of the sound. Of all the fucking people.
(After an ill-advised attempt to get off the mountain before a snow storm hits, Alex finds himself stuck for god knows how long sharing the too-large house of his least favorite neighbor. Good thing there are lots of bedrooms, so at least he can stay far away from Henry Fox. Right?)

It’s not that he’s not thrilled for his best friend, or doesn’t want to be part of his big day. Henry wouldn’t miss Pez’s wedding for the world, and it’s going to be a wonderful day. But these days, weddings mostly serve to remind Henry of how far away something like that is for him. He hasn’t had a serious boyfriend in years, and he’s not getting any younger.
It’s fine. It’s just one day, after all. He just has to focus on Pez, on being happy for him and Liam, and he’ll make it through.
(After traveling to Texas for his best friend's wedding, Henry makes some questionable decisions, meets a gorgeous and intriguing stranger, and ends up kissing said stranger beneath the starlit sky. It's not a bad day. But maybe not the one he intended to spend the rest of eternity in.)

So, Henry’s life in Sandford is fine. Not demonstrably better or worse than his life in London, just different. And just boring enough that he catches himself hoping something interesting might happen.
As a police officer, he should have known better.
(When he's transferred to a new position in the country, Henry expects to be bored and miserable. He doesn't expect to find a gorgeous, vibrant American seemingly determined to drive him up the wall, nor does he expect to end up tracking a murderer—especially when all the clues seemingly point to the man he's helplessly falling in love with.)

Summary
It was a sad day when one had to resort to time travel because things were just so fucked up. Stiles should know. He went back to undo the whole ‘Beacon Hills is a death trap’ thing but for now he would just settle for knowing where the fuck he was. Even the year would be a nice start. Someone? Anyone?
Or, the one where Stiles travels back in time, karma comes to bite him in the ass, and he ends up as Kate Argent's hunter mentor. He didn't take Peter Hale into account either, and he definitely didn't sign up for everything that came after.
