He’d heard about that famous reproduction of The wave entirely made of pugs, but that one composition is totally new to him. Probably a special commission to make the waiting room more welcoming, he imagines.
He squints from where he's sitting on (a velvet meridienne) and comes to the conclusion that yes, that is real paint, not a simple print of a digital illustration. Not that it wouldn't already be impressive, of course. Kudos to the artist.
