The years after the war is over might have been tougher then the war itself. Harry Potter was a simple man with a tragic and complex past. He has learned to deal with the annoying press and his statis as hero in the 6 years after the war has ended. Teaching DADA at Hogwarts has certainly Helped the matter finding a thrill from teaching the next generation. He could Honestly claim to have seen enough to be prepared for whatever Fate tried. Expect he wasn't ready for a little malnourished boy called Cody Braid. Who reminds Harry suspiciously of a younger him. It doesn't help that he meets the boy due to a powerful use of magic against a magical creature. Without. A. Spell. ;The years after the war were the easiest of Severus Snape's life. He was only in charge of himself making his discussion to stay headmaster of Hogwarts that much simpler. He enjoyed having his freedom from the dark lord, his promise to lily, and that blasted albus. The only downside was working with Harry James Potter, who he wasn't sure how to act around with all their shared memories. If there was one thing snape hated not knowing things to make matters worse a young student Shows a disturbing amount of power for someone that young. Just like potter.
