“How so?” Neal asked, measured. His heart was pounding.
“Almost all of their bases have been decommissioned,” Tim said, something flickering in his eyes.
“Decommissioned.” Neal sounded flat to his own ears. He could hear his pulse.
Or, Neal, formerly a League assassin, might have a more critical view of Tim's solution to his Red Robin problem.
