Summary
The best kept secret is when nobody even knows there is a secret to begin with. Superman hadn’t meant to keep the fact that he had a civilian identity a secret, he just figured it was a given. They all had secret identities.
But through one hell of a confusing league meeting for all parties involved. Some things come to light. Because apparently Superman has a name outside of Kal El, and he doesn’t just live in the middle of nowhere in his fortitude of solitude, like a loner. He’s not Batman. He actually has a life outside of the cape.

This is the only reason I can think of: CUE my interpretation of it, a collage of their interactions overtime, and a relationship that gets more and more tangled the longer it goes on

Guest and Mafioso have a strange relationship. The Spectre gets fed up and tries to decode it + some views from the others!

Summary
Billy doesn't really understand why everybody is looking so serious and sending Superman so many sad looks. He thinks this is an adult thing, that he'll understand when he's older.
This meeting was made to talk about Superman's clone- which makes him jealous, he wishes he had a clone buddy too -and he doesn't know why everybody is so stumped.
He guesses as an adult among other adults, he obviously has to voice his own thoughts as well.
(Which, again, he thought was kinda obvious but adults were weird like that he guesses)
