He grumbles “ ‘m not even doing anything." He definitely does not push her after she pokes him, as that would be undignified.
Zanka's hair, having been away for a while on a mission, has grown quite a bit, and on a trip to town, he gets mistaken for a girl.. a couple times.

Summary
One of the things Riyo thoroughly enjoys, enough to make time in her daily schedule for, is annoying Zanka. She does this through teasing him, going out of her way to say good morning or good night, striking up a conversation whenever they see each other, or maybe even initiating light touches. Or, for example, plotting to crash in his bedroom at HQ for the night.
And if she happens to impulsively include a wandering Rudo in the halls, then so be it.
Or ;
Riyo drags Rudo with her to go crash in Zanka's room for the night. That's it.
