Sukuna inhales with annoyance, almost on the verge of tearing the brat apart for making useless requests.
"Do you want to hear for the thousandth time how I killed him?"
Naruto smiles so brightly that it almost gives him the feeling that he has a heart. It's disgusting.
"Suku-nii is amazing, I'll be as strong as you! Beleave it!"
"Don't call me like that."
"Suku-nii!"
Sukuna only puts up with it because he needs the child's body to be at the top of the world. He needs him to grow up, mature and become stronger. He doesn't care about him for anything else.

Laios wrinkles his nose. “I just don’t really get romance plotlines. Monster smut though—I mean, if I extrapolate monster reproductive habits, I’m not claiming that I’ll get it 100% right, but I’m pretty sure I can get it way more right than any of those other novels—”
“What does Kabru think of this?” Marcille asks desperately.
Laios twiddles his fingers and readjusts his phone on the table. “Uh. Well. I emailed it to him yesterday. It’s a bit different from what I usually write, so I’m sure that’s why it’s taking him longer than usual to beta it.”
Laios never meant to develop a reputation as a monsterfucker novel writer, but it had just sort of ended up happening, and his editor Kabru is dragged along for the ride.

Summary
When he closes his eyes, he sees a portrait. The one of Laios, sat on his throne, dressed in his finery. Sometimes it feels like it’s painted inside his eyelids or framed somewhere on the back of his skull. It’s an image Kabru has always liked, ever since the day it got hung up. The king’s likeness captured near perfectly, with all his nervous edges buffed out. He looks like he belongs there.

Summary
Iruka’s life has fallen apart in the year since the kyuubi attack. He spends his days pulling pranks, arguing with his least favourite ANBU, Hound, and becoming more obsessed with teenage jounin Hatake Kakashi for reasons he doesn’t entirely understand. Then he starts hearing the stories.
Several orphans have gone missing – branded as runaways by a village still licking its wounds, no one is searching for them. But there are rumours whispered by the village children: rumours of the bogeyman, a shadowy figure who emerges from the underworld, perhaps a man or a monster, with messages from dead parents to lure the orphans back to the Land of the Dead.
Iruka doesn’t know what to believe. But the danger is real, the adults aren’t listening, and somebody needs to stop the bogeyman. It might as well be him.
