She squats and squints to try and find the culprit. A small box that she had never touched that was littered with dust. She scrunches her nose as she feels a sneeze coarse though her body before she picks the box up. It was falling apart and the tape that had once kept the sides of the box together had lost the stickiness and feel to the ground. Curiously she opened the box to reveal 2 walkie talkies. They must’ve been from when everything with Henry went down.
Or 10 years after they defeat Henry Holly accidentally breaks Mike and Will's old walkie talkies, Mike is still grieving and doesn't handle it well.

Summary

When Izuku turned down the invitation to work together as heroes, it completely derailed the plan that Katsuki had been working towards for the past eight years.
In the face of this unexpected turn of events, Katsuki quickly realized just how much he’d messed up by clinging to the idea of Izuku’s return. Because without Izuku there to fill in the gaps of his life, he became more and more aware of how painfully empty he felt.
With his future cleared of the last hopes and dreams of his youth, there was plenty of room for flowers to grow.

To be honest, Denki fully expects the dead one to be one of the other heroes. It’s a terrible expectation; one he would prefer not to think of. Still, that’s the only logical outcome that his mind can phantom. Denki doesn’t want it to be any of the heroes fighting in the arena, but somehow, he just knows. He knows someone’s been killed, murdered by Shigaraki. So, when he gets to the roof of the arena, he already knows that someone just died.
He never expects it to be Katsuki. Never.
