Whatever redness she thought she'd settled flushed right back to full intensity. Gods- even her Papas weren't this incessive in teasing her!!! "Yes! It's heat and I'm trying to deal with it, and I really, really, really don't need the bloody ascian pointing it out to me."
Alma stood upright, placing her right hand on her upper left biceps to scratch and squeezed at her arm scales nervously. The invisible thickness in her throat almost refused to go down when she tried to swallow it. Several times she opened her mouth, closed it, losing the right words to only find herself biting her bottom lip.
Fuck. Just say it. "Okay. Then would you be my mate?"
