Scott’s heart felt like it wanted to explode as he watched Virgil walk up beside the man that was standing over him.
But- what was his brother wearing? It looked like a uniform, but like nothing he’d ever seen - or had he? Scott was dragged in by the color of the baldric Virgil wore over the uniform. His brother’s favourite color, the color of nature, of life, harmony, hope, healing, all things his brother was.

Summary
After finishing my re-write of the original TOS episode 'The Uninvited', I felt the need to write a short epilogue to round up some of the issues that came up between the characters. I'd highly recommend reading that fic first, since this is intended as, you know, an epilogue. But technically? You're free to do what you like!
Scott needs to find his feet again after the last week of chaos in the Egyptian Sahara. His family only want to help him, but will he let them?
Each chapter focuses on Scott and another character. Sometimes they don't resolve the tension between them, sometimes they don't necessarily figure it out, but they don't need to. They just need to both agree to work on it for the benefit of each other.WARNING: I am a proud member of the 'Middle Child Virgil' Cult. My perspective on this will not be changed, so do not attempt to do so. And before you mention it, I know there is a TAS episode where John called Virgil his 'big brother'. I know, okay. But I view it as a mistake to be glossed over and forgotten about. You are inclined to have different views – I also love 2nd Child Virgil fics – but consider yourself warned. The opening sequence is the birth order, full stop.

Summary
I love TOS/TAG with all my heart, but I really wished they'd done a TAG version of The Uninvited. Get rid of the guns and the (kinda accidental?) ethnic genocide, and it's a great ep, and the new dynamics of TAS would have only improved it. Like what do you mean your big brother has been shot down, and everyone is kinda like 'gee! wonder if he's dead or not? golly how darn frustrating'. So I decided to take matters into my own hands. And sprinkled some of my favourite fanon/headcanons in there for good measure.
WARNING: I am a proud member of the 'Middle Child Virgil' Cult. My perspective on this will not be changed, so do not attempt to do so. And before you mention it, I know there is a TAS episode where John called Virgil his 'big brother'. I know, okay. But I view it as a mistake to be glossed over and forgotten about. Summary
John has been on Thunderbird 5 for a while now and everyone is having a hard time coping with the amount of rescues they have had to do recently. One night, Scott is having a hard time sleeping and so he decides to call up his brother in space. But tensions start to run high and one of the brothers will have an important decision to make. Brotherfic oneshot.
