Spencer Reid is struggling to come back to life after recovering from cancer. He clings to the relationships he trusts, the ones he knows are safe. Until it's clear he has feelings for someone that aren't that platonic golden love from before.
He thinks maybe, it might be time to pursue something new with someone he didn't expect to meet during this journey... Life was a short, tenuous, tiny thing in the grand scheme, after all. Maybe seeking out love of a different sort would bring him the happiness he wrote off entirely when he faced imminent death.
Spencer navigates the thin line between heartbreak and hope while coming back to life in spite of it all. His Team, as always, helps him figure it all out.
