Summary
Life after the fall of the Upside Down, Steve had heard the kids say, has been one shitty situation after another. While El - Jane he had to get used to saying - did take down their worst enemy, life still really had its way of kicking his ass for no reason at all. He felt like, after all the world saving he's partaken in, he'd get some semblance of a break, but no. He had to not only deal with the woes of his family matters, but also deal with the awful identity crisis - but that always happens after monster hunting. he'd been dealt.
Steve never imagined being a babysitter for so long, but these kids need him, Max especially now that she'd been stuck with two broken limbs and also blinded during the aftermath of Vecna, Nancy and Robin need him and now, much to his surprise, Eddie Munson has him at his beck and call. He wouldn't ask for it any other way, though he did wish he didn't have to deal with his mind going crazy over every little thing. He's second guessing too much but, things can't always go bad, can they?
