Summary
When Till washes Ivan's hair after they sleep together, Ivan will tilt his face up, lashes fluttering, and just close his eyes. In those moments, Till counts the seconds. It takes two seconds for Ivan's eyebrows to furrow, taut with the exertion of not being able to see what Till will do next. In five, the corner of Ivan's eyes will crinkle, shuddering with a weight that leads men to cower behind closed eyelids. In ten, Ivan will start to squirm, mouth pressing tight before his lips part, and in one single breath, Ivan's eyes will open slowly to reveal a lifetime of heartbreak.
In a twisted game of baton-pass, Ivan's expression of sorrow forces Till to close his own eyes, hiding from the confessions unspoken between them.
Till's been so fucking stupid.
Ivan had been asking for a kiss this whole time.

Since a child, there had always been something that bugged Till growing up.
Not his lackluster, barely passing grades, not his mediocre art skills and lack of self creativity, not even his shitty father that barely even counted as a parent. No, it had been his own brain.
From before he could even remember, Till had always had a very big imagination. Most specifically, one that made itself known at night. In his dreams, ones that could just as easily have been called night terrors. They were never lucid, never gave him a choice, never gave him a chance.
Just a constant type of dream every single night.
These dreams would have been more tolerable had it not been for one thing. Or moreso, one person.
A faceless child he had seemed to grow with.
Or in other words-

BUT, I loved writing it, it's one of my first works here on AO3 that I have published (since I never publish but I have plenty of shit written around lol)
So I hope ya give it loveIn short—ivan, till and luka live, they all are free of alien stage, but Till is hallucinating Ivan and Ivan thinks Till never ever loved him, so he and luka pair up to comfort each other since their original love died (literally and metaphorically), and after months of till not encountering those two (not even knowing they were alive) he finds them being a happy couple.
