Seonghwa never wanted a life at sea he was quite content living with his feet firmly placed on solid ground or at least thats what his parents told him, and yet here he was sitting in the infirmary of the pirate ship that had "saved" him, or at least that's what the doctor had told him when he woke up, not that he could remember what happened anyways.
His memory goes as far back as to when he was living with his family, one minute, he was about to marry the only other man he knew, his fiancé and the next he's waking up in this ship malnourished, beaten bloody and in a lot of pain with a young doctor faffing around him frantically trying to patch him back up and a captian who loves to flirt.
He had no recognition on how he got here or as to why he was so injured, wasn't he about to marry the person his mother called the love of his life? what happened?

Except it was. Seonghwa didn’t usually feel a strong need to wear Hongjoong’s clothes to bed—except when he was about to go into heat. It was very shameful, and it made him self-conscious to know that if he grew comfortable asking for it then Hongjoong would soon learn to recognize the pattern. It was a bad habit he’d developed since they were very young, and he’d struggled to drop it even after Hongjoong had been assigned as his alpha in the pack.
