Prowl post deactivation. (After having his morality core broken and becoming evil). If you're here you probably already know, but in case you don't, it is inspired by Keferon's Portal AU on Tumblr. I HIGHLY recommend checking it and Kef's other work if you haven't already. Lots of delicious art, lore, and funny bits. (And angst lol) (And also adorable fluff. Keferon is well known for angst for a reason though lol and if you didn't already know that I think it merits some warning because it is VERY well executed lol)
Prowl is basically GLaDOS (no longer in potato form but returned to his proper body and back in control of the facility, or he was before he got deactivated). Now he is offline. Mostly.

Summary
When Jazz woke up in a strange facility with no real memory as to how he wound up there, he was mildly concerned but mostly annoyed. When the facility turned out to be run by an evil robot, well, it feels almost like a regular Tuesday, except instead of Shockwave and trying to beat his face in and be a general menace to the Decepticon's, he's running around with an experimental gun and a potato that's powering what remains of the original avatar that ran the facility.
Not his typical Tuesday, or really any day of the week, but he supposed there are worse fates. Maybe if they manage to pull this off, he can figure out how to help Prowl too and give him something to feel useful again. If he doesn't get hungry enough to eat Prowl's only source of power first, that is.

Summary
Everyone always says that dying is worst for the loved one left behind.
Sam has to assume that only applies when the person in question stays dead. Because his life has been a steaming pile of shit since his resurrection in the Egyptian desert. Mikaela broke up with him. He hasn't seen Bee in months. The Autobots are ignoring him. He's been exiled from college and left to the mercies of his overbearing parents.
But it's inevitable, really. If there's an Autobot disaster to be had, Sam will wind up in the middle of it. Maybe this time around it'll end up doing him some good. With every battle he ends up growing closer to the Autobots. Maybe this time he'll end up getting a second family out of it.
The blood of the covenant is thicker than the water of the womb. Does that still apply when most of the blood is actually Energon?
And why the fuck have all the Autobots started bowing at him?
