Summary
Jimmy wants nothing more than to merely live out his life on his beloved ranch, but nothing stays the same forever. Rising expectations for him to fill the gap left after the retirement of Tumble Towns Sheriff lay heavy on his shoulders. and to add to the growing fire, an unexpected drought ravages the land. Leaving behind nothing but dried field and livestock without food. A long trip in a desperate attempt to save his ranch drops him in the middle of something he can't even begin to untangle.
An outlaw with a burning fire in his eyes, and problems with solutions that don't quite add up. All leading to something that not even the badge weighing heavy on his heart can protect him from.
Amongst all the confusion and fear he begins to question what it really is that lays closest to his heart. Can he keep this new found flame lit, or will it sizzle out leaving only darkness behind.

So, what are you doing when you *accidently* kissed the consultant of the Funeral Palor in the middle of Liyue with everybody watching? AU where Jon and Georgie are still friends, Georgie likes finding dates for her friends, Martin doesn't work at the institute, and everyone is just a bit happier while canon spooky stuff goes on in the background. Summary
Langa doesn’t know who he is. There’s no way to know who he is. He sees a head of bright, fiery red hair. A flash of amber eyes, sparkling in the light of the stars and the moon overhead. Then the person – it is a person. Langa is sure of that – vanishes from sight for a moment. Langa hears what sounds like wheels hitting some kind of hard surface. Langa can’t place exactly what it’s made of, but that doesn’t matter.
He finds his feet carrying him towards that sound. Without any input from his brain, Langa rushes towards it. Through the trees, across the path. Langa hears the sound again. Catches sight of that red hair and those eyes, soaring above the leaves just for a moment. His silhouette is painted against the full moon. Like an angel, flying through the sky on his way down from heaven.
Langa doesn’t think he’s ever seen anything – or anyone – so beautiful in all seventeen years of his life.
