But, what was Ron Weasley? He wasn't prophecised for anything. Wasn't as bright. He often felt like a nobody, like he wasn't important.
But as he and Harry broke the surface of the Black Lake, and as he felt Harry clinging to him like a lifeline, everything changes for Ron.

When someone had wronged you, had hurt you and abused you for so long? It was hard to give them forgiveness.
Harry James Potter had long forgiven his relatives for the way they had treated him, that didn't mean however, that he would forget. Harry knew that their hatred mostly stemmed from fear and jealousy from Petunia- and that didn't excuse what they had done, (not by a long shot) but it did help him understand.

Being brave was a hard thing to do.
Harry James Potter knew this more than most. Bravery, however, didn't mean that you weren't scared, you didn't have to be fearless or reckless to be brave. All you had to do was remember why you were being brave. Remember why you were fighting, at least that had worked out well for Harry since he was eleven.
These two, these two were his reason for being brave, he had to be brave for Hermione and the way she snorted if she laughed too hard, the way that she loved braiding his ever-growing hair when she was bored. He had to be brave for Ron and the way his smile could light up a room, how his booming laugh echoed and caused everyone around him to laugh as well.
