When Dean and Ketch stumble back through the rift from Apocalypse World, Dean is bleeding out and barely hanging on. Ketch have to drag him into the bunker. Dean’s injuries are too severe and there’s only one person who can truly help him. But Castiel doesn’t answer their prayers. Not after the fight he and Dean had before Dean left with Ketch. When Cas does come back, he heals Dean, but then decides to teach him a lesson. And he intends to make sure Dean understands it this time.
