1st fic Regulus lives and manages to get to Hogwarts. The curse and damage from the infiri leave him a squib with years of recovery and little to no use of his left arm. He spends the next few years trying to get his brother a trial, and then after finding out the situation Harry was living in, trying to take care of Harry.
1st year Eventually Harry starts Hogwarts and Reg goes as the History professor. Harry still ends up facing the troll and the woods and mirror and Quirrielmort. Reg is lured off by Dumbledore so he's unable to help. 16 ch
