Lord John travels through the stones to 1977, where he finds Brianna and Roger in Boston. He explores a new world where he can be himself openly. This story has plenty of familial fluff, but also explores what it is like for John to no longer have to hide his sexuality.
(This work strays from canon quite a bit in terms of the precise timeline and locations. I started writing it before reading the last few additions to the series.)

Summary

During her journey with them, she will experience heartbreak, regret, friendship, romance, and joy.

Summary
Jamie Fraser offered his body to John Grey just before Jamie departed from Helwater. His reasons are a bit mysterious: it could not have just been "payment" for looking after Jamie's illegitimate child, since John had already promised to do so regardless.
This story explores what led Jamie to make his proposition to John, based on clues in the books and the series. It is (thus far) canon-compliant and (thus far) clean, but that may change.
