At the stroke of midnight, the TV flashed to life with the campiest scene Yu had ever seen in his entire life.
“Hey hey hey! Do you hear that? That’s the sound of the waves!” The brunette winked at the camera, bearing a large toothy grin.
“C’mon and stop by to watch Yosuke Hanamura’s very own “Surf Surf Crazy Beach”!! Have some fun in the sun with some dudes and dudette’s, and chillax with some banger music! Oh! The wave’s coming back. Well, see ya!” He watched as the familiar face walked off towards the beach and the screen flickered back to its usual static.
The phone in his pocket started to ring urgently as soon as the program was off.
“H-hey, did you seriously just see what was on TV?! It really was…!” Chie sounded panicked, and Yu could only nod, even though she couldn’t see it.
“It was undeniably Yosuke.”
Yosuke was trapped in the TV world as they thought, and they needed to go help him.

Kanji turned to Yu, “Can you do it again?”
