Reo, Nagi and Zantetsu are rooming together. Blue lock passed the group stages and now are up to the nock out stage which means Side B has joined the Blue Lock team, adding Sae, Nagi and Kira. They had to form groups of 3 for each room, the original trio of team V ended up rooming together. Nagi and Reo haven't spoken to eachother and Zantetsu..well he is oblivious to what is happening.

Sae is starting to think that the whole world is pulling a prank on him.
His brow furrows as he looks at this lukewarm nobody suddenly coming up to him and starts complaining about Rin and saying some nonsense.
This is the third time this past month.
What's going on?
Is he crazy or is the world crazy?
Can somebody tell him why everyone has been up on his ass insisting that his little brother is a little demon?
Rin?
The same Rin that would always cling to him and eyes sparkling whenever he gave him a compliment?
Rin? Who got wide eyes, look of pure awe on his face whenever he saw an owl?
Rin whose smile is so blinding, that Sae is half convinced that the sun has descended on Earth?Yeah right.
There is no way he would believe that bullshit.
If they want to pull a joke at least make it more believable.
Or
5 times Sae wonders why everyone thought his baby brother is a menace + 1 time he finally realizes why.
AKA everyone is done with Sae being denser than a rock. Sir! Open your eyes!!😭
Meanwhile, Rin takes full advantage of his older brother's obliviousness to get away with anything. 🤣Series

Summary
Right after the U-20 match, Rin wrecked his body by training harshly, fueled with something said by a certain shitty brother right after the game was over. Of course, Rin figured it wouldn't be his life if his choices didn't absolutely bite him in the back. Obviously, he was still much too half-baked to stomach the train, and his body fell deep into illness.
While the other Blue Lock players were leisurely enjoying their two-weeks-off, Rin was bound to a bed, unable to move. Even worse, his Shitty Brother decided to be present of all times during the break, and naturally, Rin only had him as his sole caretaker, because for the life of him- he cannot even sit up. Once again, looking at this predicament, Rin re-realised that being alive, was indeed such a disgusting pain in the ass.
Or; Rin got sick during the break. Sae is there to help. Emotions ensues. Communication? Well...

He felt a hand grab his. A hand he knows. A hand that used to ruffle his hair. Firmly now holding his hand and squeezing.
"Rin, breathe. It's going to be ok"
A voice he can never forget. Rin could feel the voice rippling through the darkness. Firm. Almost authoritive. That inner child in him, the one he spent days on end trying to bury, easily took over and obeyed, and before Rin could realise he found himself taking one deep breath after the other, and before he could stop the stupid child he whispered
" Niichan... I can't.. see"
