Five years after Donut was first locked away in Valhalla Penitentiary, things have settled down since his first few months there. He's not afraid of everything any more. He's got friends now. Friends who are sometimes assholes, but friends. And any enemies made since he ended up there? Well, they've been quiet lately.
But it's not to last. A mixture of fleeing victims, old grievances and paranoia, flag-worshipping maniacs, old smugglers who want freedom and a lot of awkward emotions are going to cause the prison to devolve once again into a giant clusterfuck. And not the good kind of clusterfuck.

Agent Washington actually has three sisters and a brother, although he wasn’t aware of it, because the message informing him about this development arrived the day after he walked into the office of one Aiden Price.
Or, the one where Wash and Donut are siblings, but don't know it.
