After so many runs and never getting to the human souls, flowey decides to reset one more time, but things don't go as planned and instead of clover arriving in the underground, 2 Heroes not ment for this story wind up falling into the underground, how different will this play out when the rules of the underground start to bend around to fit the plumbers ways?
(basically what would happen if Mario & Luigi from the RPG games fell into the underground instead of Clover)

post pacifist fic after a bunch of neutrals and a genocide clover decides to stay with their friends a little longer,clover only has small nightmares and flashbacks and martlet has to figure out why and how to comfort her emotional support human/ adopted child, ceroba and starlo are there to ocassionaly help and take care of clover, (might change as it goes idk).

There have been a lot of rumors floating around recently. The barrier shattered, "fallen down" family members returning, true hope for the future of monsterkind... things like that. Things much too good to be true.
Everyone around Ceroba believes it all without question, and eventually she's pushed to investigate. But maybe those rumors aren't as false as she initially believed. Maybe she was a bit too quick to judge.
And maybe she can see the Surface. Maybe she can see her little girl again.
