Ah, shit. Here we go again, he winced internally as his friend asked whether he’d like truth or dare. The dares had been working just fine for me. If I stick to them and choose truth only sporadically to throw them off, it’ll be alright.
“Dare! Let’s go!”
Nie Huaisang didn’t miss a beat.
“I dare you to kiss Lan-er-gongzi”
Wei Wuxian gaped. He was only faintly aware of Jiang Cheng spitting out a mouthful of his drink somewhere to his left.
Nie Huaisang grinned.
“On the mouth ”, he clarified.

For the past two weeks they’ve been dating each other, he’s gotten even more proof, in the way Atsumu can’t keep his hands off him, any time, any place, settling for kissing him so hard it takes his breath away when Kiyoomi tells him no, he won’t fuck him in a locked storage closet or an empty bathroom stall.
Kiyoomi has never tested the “in the morning” part. Atsumu hasn’t spent the night. Not yet. When Atsumu makes his declaration, loudly, under the influence of warm sake and even warmer thighs wedged against each other in the booth of the izakaya, Kiyoomi can’t help himself, the shit stirrer that he is. He demands proof.
The next morning he gets what he was promised.

Summary
Atsumu’s knee finally gives out during a game.
It’s loud when his body falls to the ground, echoes off the polished wood, and Kiyoomi doesn’t scream, but everyone acts like he has, as he runs toward where Atsumu is crumpled on the floor like paper.
It’s only later when he watches the game footage that he hears himself and understands.
Running from the back row to the front feels like a hundred meters, and when Kiyoomi gets to Atsumu’s side, he’s pale, a pale imitation of himself, his eyebrows aren’t smirking or glaring or asking a question, they’re furrowed in agony. He’s hissing through his teeth like he’s in pain, and he has to be, and Kiyoomi’s in pain, too, because he can’t bear to see Atsumu suffering so much.
The medics come and Atsumu gets to his feet, attempting to smile and wave to the crowd, an “everything’s fine here,” but Kiyoomi’s close enough to see nothing is fine. Even though the crowd cheers and chants Miya, Miya, Miya, deep down they know it, too.
It’s so obvious.

"That post is several months old," Atsumu sing-songs, putting his phone away and stepping closer. Kiyoomi's back hits the lockers. "Ya would've had to scroll for a while to get to it. Were ya lookin' for somethin' specific, Omi?"
