Summary
Then the man pressed his palm against Tommy's.
Air left his lungs in a rush. Tommy stared at their joined hands in wonder, stumped fingers ending with a black curved claw each and hard pads caving in when they came in contact with one another. His hands were so much smaller in comparison with the man's, but the similarities were too many to ignore.
"You're like me," were Tommy's first words in eternity, raspy and hoarse and marveled all the same.
"What's your name?" the man asked in a low, rumbling voice. His tone, leveled yet so so tender, felt like gently prying the words out of Tommy's chest.
"Wilbur used to call me Tommy," he said, his lips barely moving.
"Tommy," the man repeated. "I'm Technoblade. Techno."

There was a slight rustling on the other end of the line and hushed voices, slowly disappearing with the sound of repeated footsteps coming from what he assumed was the person on the other end of the line. “My name is Techno, I’m a social worker for the state of Washington and I’ve been assigned your son for the past three years.”
Wilbur blinked slowly, letting the words set in one by one. “My- I’m sorry, I think you have the wrong person, I don’t have a son,” he chuckled breathlessly, focusing back on his dinner, now waiting in the beeping microwave.
“We’ve ran two DNA tests on both your son and the mother, and you’re listed on his birth certificate as the father,” Techno explained, footsteps slowly coming to a halt. “Did you not know about him?”
Or; Wilbur has lived the past nine years of his life unbeknownst to the kid sharing his last name.

Summary
Tommy kicks at a rock that dared to interrupt his path home. The rock, while tiny and insignificant, is subject to Tommy’s bitterness, the sidewalk feeling the pungent resent in every step.
It’s nothing out of the ordinary, just Tommy feeling old enough to make his own decisions and his family deciding the opposite. It’s not his fault he wasn’t born a werewolf and that his family claims that sixteen years old is too young to be turned.
And it certainly doesn’t help that students in one of his classes like to tease him that his family is some of the most feared werewolves in the country and that he’s decidedly… not.
Tommy's turned into a werewolf and has to face the effects.
