I enjoy sending ficlets to my friend's ask box on Tumblr, and I have gathered them together for your reading pleasure as well. The kitchen and the promise of much-needed coffee seemed miles away, but at long last Olivia had made it down the perilously narrow staircase, through the cluttered sitting room, and into the kitchen that was filled with more sunshine than should ever be allowed at this time of day. Much to her great and somewhat muzzy surprise there was already another person standing at the kitchen counter, wearing only a stretched out grey Agricultural College sweatshirt and making coffee while humming a familiar tune quietly under her breath.
