Summary

His arrival, though it is much-appreciated, upsets the peaceful lives of the remaining vampires, and forces them to face head-on long buried problems, feelings, and memories. As for Avid, he feels like a stranger to this modern world, trying to slot himself back into place where he used to fit neatly. But maybe, just maybe, this development is exactly what they all need.
