Summary
Gwyn is haunted by her past, but determined to write her own future. After a setback, she designs an experiment for overcoming her flashbacks and tolerating a male's touch. Will Azriel help her recover from her attack? Can they heal some of his old wounds along the way? This starts as a friendship, but what will they be to one another when the broken pieces finally mend?
WARNING: PTSD flashbacks, Panic Attacks, and Fear of Home Invasion. No explicit description of abuse, very little romantic angst or political plots/battles, but lots of pyschology/therapy and SMUT. Please adhere to rating. Adults only please.
Fics in this series can be read as stand-alone canon-compliant fics, they all track the same plot and dialogue is consistent throughout. Scenes are told from a different POV in each part, On My Radar (POV Az) and The Fox and Alice (POV Elain and Lucien) and will offer new plot elements and context for every scene.
If you've read this fic before, I'm slowing going back through and fixing some wording and formatting issues, but the plot remains the same. Chapter One has been updated to include art commissioned for this fic from @artofseda on Instagram.
